Awesome place with great amenities like wi-fi, tv, and board games. The staff were kind enough to help me return my forgotten jewelry, and they are always friendly and helpful. A great experience!

wonderful and ideal venue, stunning location near to the royal albert hall, kensington, and palace. cheap, huge unit with a shared bathroom, a double bed squeezed in, as for instance.

The room had a creaky floor and minimal water pressure in the shared showers!!! The sink taps were too separate, and there was no AC for summer comfort!!! A simple color change on the door knob could enhance clarity!!! More power sockets needed!!!

The location was marvellous for London, really close to public transport links, and the closest underground station. We found nice Shandeez nearby with hot beverages. Our room was reasonably spacious with fireplace and the overall experience was such great!

It's a budget-friendly option that offers a cozy stay. I appreciated the automated check-in process, super convenient. The room was small but clean and perfect for one person. The bathroom had all the essentials, including shower gel. And a cafe downstairs was a nice perk ☕

The small double room had a comfy bed, and the private bathroom offered great amenities. I was kinda surprised by the breakfast options, which exceeded my expectations for a budget hotel!

I found the lack of power sockets quite frustrating, as it made charging devices inconvenient for two people. The shower pressure was disappointingly low. The creaking floors and thin walls contributed to an overall uncomfortable feel, as I could hear the noise from other guests throughout the night.

The place was charming and felt really homey. The room was clean and the coffee shop downstairs was a nice bonus. Plus, they let me check in super early, awesome! I loved how close it was to public transport.

This hotel is conveniently located near three metro lines and the C1 bus route. My room was tidy and comfortable, perfect for a group stay. I appreciated that towels and toiletries were provided without asking. The self check-in and check-out process worked smoothly. The twin room with a communal bathroom felt a bit cramped. There was also no fridge in the room, which would have been helpful. Some more breakfast options, like toast, could improve the dining experience. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall stay was pleasant.

The cozy setting with classical music playing made for a good ambiance. Enjoyed sipping tea in a charming lounge. It felt magical, like a warm embrace!

It wasn't the lowest price, but for what we got, it was manageable.

Request a room at the back to avoid street noise for a peaceful night's sleep.

I had a nice stay where I loved the basic yet clean amenities and the prompt replies when I asked to check in early. The cozy lounge area was perfect for relaxing with some books or enjoying games after a long day. The only downside was that I could have used a bit more variety at breakfast, but it didn't take away from my overall experience! 😊
